Software that listens to a clinical session and drafts the clinician's note.
An AI scribe records the audio of a clinical encounter, transcribes it, and produces a structured clinical note in a format such as DAP, SOAP, or BIRP. Behavioral-health AI scribes are specialized for therapy, counseling, and substance-use treatment.
